1. Acceptance

By creating an account and using VisionAI, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Sharing your password with others is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account deletion without warning.

3. Credits and Payments

• Credits are purchased via Stripe and are non-refundable.
• Each image generation costs 0.10 CHF, deducted from your credit balance.
• Credits never expire and remain on your account until used or the account is deleted.
• Minimum credit purchase is 5.00 CHF.

4. Free Trial

Eligible users may claim a one-time free trial granting 3 free generations.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content. We reserve the right to disable accounts that violate this clause without prior notice.

6. Service Availability

The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.

7. Limitation of Liability

VisionAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

8. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard. All data is permanently erased within 7 days of deletion.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Switzerland.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
